Volunteer Intake Officer

Based in Redfern , Volunteer Intake Officers are the first point of contact for people seeking legal help. They handle enquiries, assess eligibility, book appointments, and provide legal information and referrals. The role offers practical experience in legal triage and client communication, with training and supervision provided by the Intake Team.
