What is this webinar about?
Social housing includes both public housing and community housing. It has its own law and policy that can be very different to private rental law in NSW.
This webinar provides an overview of law and policy in social housing:
- getting housed or transferred
- appeals
- repairs
- termination.
This will be valuable to NSW community workers, volunteers and advocates who work with people applying for and living in social housing.
