What is this webinar about?
This webinar will complement our other problem debt webinars, on internal dispute resolution and external dispute resolution. This webinar focusses more on strategy, negotiation and tips, rather than processes. It will cover effective complaints – negotiation, persuasion and escalation eg. running AFCA conciliations, based on some of the negotiation tactics, tools and strategies that we’ve gained from our case work, using case studies to explore what has and hasn’t worked.
